By downloading, installing, or using the Cardfinity application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Cardfinity is a social card game application designed for entertainment purposes. The App provides access to a variety of party games, card decks, and interactive game modes for use among groups of people.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. Some game content may be intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

• Use the App to harass, harm, or offend other users

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases including premium game decks and features. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to game content, graphics, text, and design, is owned by or licensed to Cardfinity. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without express written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

If the App allows users to submit content, you grant Cardfinity a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App. You are solely responsible for any content you submit.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cardfinity does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Game results, statistics, and analytics are provided for entertainment only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardfinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Cardfinity is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

11. Termination

Cardfinity reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Cardfinity, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

Cardfinity may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
